GAIN CURVE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Gain Curve is (c) 2026 PVT Studio. By installing or using Gain Curve you agree
to the terms below.

1. TRIAL
You may use Gain Curve free of charge for 14 days to try it. After that, a
license is needed to keep using it.

2. LICENSE
When you buy Gain Curve you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to install and use it on up to two computers that you own or use at
a time. You may use it for commercial work, including music, podcasts and
video you are paid for. Anything you make with Gain Curve is yours.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not share, sell, rent or publish your license key; use one license
on more than two computers at a time; or copy, modify, reverse engineer,
decompile or remove the license check from Gain Curve, except where the law
allows it regardless of this agreement.

4. ACTIVATION
Activating sends your license key, a one-way code made from your computer's
hardware identifier and your computer's name to PVT Studio's license server.
These are used only to check the license and count your computers. You can
free a computer from your license at any time from the activation panel.

5. REFUNDS
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the license key stops activating new
computers.

6. NO WARRANTY
Gain Curve is provided "as is". PVT Studio is not responsible for any loss of
data, audio or income from using it, to the extent the law allows. Keep
backups of your work.

7. THIRD-PARTY CODE
Gain Curve includes Apple's AudioUnitSDK (Apache License 2.0) and the VST3 SDK
by Steinberg Media Technologies (MIT License). Their licenses are included in
LICENSE.md inside each Gain Curve bundle. VST is a registered trademark of
Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.
