When we do refund
It doesn't work as described. If Gain Curve won't run on a Mac that meets the requirements (macOS 11 or later), or a feature we describe doesn't work, write to office@pvt-studio.com. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, we refund you in full.
You bought it twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate.
The law where you live gives you a right to cancel. In the EU, the UK and some other places, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content unless you agreed to get it straight away and acknowledged that this ends the right. Where the law still gives you that right, or any other right to a refund, we honour it. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have by law.
How to ask
Email office@pvt-studio.com from the address you bought with, or include it, and tell us what happened. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. A refunded license key can't be activated on any more Macs.
